Sebastian Di Clemente Participates in Student Symposium at Lake Forest College

Lake Forest College student Sebastian Di Clemente `13 of Tinley Park, IL, recently participated in Lake Forest College’s 15th Annual Steven Galovich Memorial Student Symposium. This event celebrates students’ academic achievements and creative talents by showcasing research and scholarship from every academic discipline in a variety of venues and forums. Presentations are drawn from the College’s freshman honors programs, senior thesis research, independent study, internships, and other exceptional individual and team-based student research.

Di Clemente presented their research project titled The Lake Effect Environmental Archive and managing and digitizing historic plant specimens so as to support a plethora of scientific studies—conservation efforts in particular.

Di Clemente is a graduate of Tinley Park High School in Tinley Park, IL.
