Rose Twagirumukiza Participates in Richter Scholars Program at Lake Forest College

Rose Twagirumukiza `15 of Evanston, IL was selected as a Richter Scholar at Lake Forest College.

The Richter Apprentice Scholar Program offers a unique research opportunity to a small group of outstanding students early in their college careers. During the summer between their first and second years, Richter Scholars are employed for ten weeks as apprentice scholars working one-on-one with faculty members conducting independent research.

Twagirumukiza analyzed the influence of Gaulish on modern French and possible influences on other romantic languages with Professor Glenn Adelson.

Twagirumukiza is a graduate of Evanston Township High School in Evanston, IL.
