Nicole Kosanke Participates in Richter Scholars Program at Lake Forest College

Nicole Kosanke `14 of Lindenhurst, IL has been named a Richter Scholar at Lake Forest College.

The Richter Apprentice Scholar Program offers a unique research opportunity to a small group of outstanding students early in their college careers. During the summer between their first and second years, Richter Scholars are employed for ten weeks as apprentice scholars working one-on-one with faculty members conducting independent research.

Kosanke is researching why many people believe that autism is caused by the MMR vaccine with Professor Rachel Whidden.

Kosanke is a graduate of Lakes Community High School in Lake Villa, IL.
