Lauren Morford of West Des Moines graduates from Lake Forest College

Lauren Morford of West Des Moines, IA, graduated cum laude from Lake Forest College with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology with a minor in educational studies . Morford is a member of Kappa Delta Pi and Psi Chi.

Morford was among more than 350 students to graduate from Lake Forest College at Ravinia Festival Park on May 10, 2014. Honorary degree recipient Kelly Leonard '88, executive vice president of The Second City, delivered a comedic and inspiring speech called "Saying Yes And." He talked about how his career after Lake Forest has been full of risks, but he's always been happy. Leonard even gave a few improvisation tips. Morford is a graduate of Valley High School.
