Joanna Becker Performs in Lake Forest College Fall Theater Production

Lake Forest College student Joanna Becker, `13, of Santa Fe, NM, performed in The Pirates of Penzance, a comic opera by Gilbert and Sullivan, directed by Shifra Werch.

Becker portrayed Mabel in the fall theater performance November 10-13, 2011. The fall production, a collaborative effort of the Departments of Music and Theater, featured a band of softhearted pirates and a bevy of beautiful maidens.

Becker is a graduate of Monte Del Sol Charter School in Santa Fe, NM.
